It’s been an exciting 6 months for us at Kairos Counseling and Wellness!

Since we opened our doors on July 1, 2015 our practice has continued to grow and has included the addition of another office space. We are grateful for your support in this new venture as evidenced by your calls, emails, notes, words of encouragement and a fantastic turn out at our recent Open House. A special thank you to all of you who were able to make this event in the midst of the busy holiday season!

In the New Year we look forward to providing even more offerings and tools to equip you for vibrant health. Keep an eye out for several new additions including art therapy evenings, group process sessions and community acupuncture clinics. We will also continue to provide free or low cost classes a few of which will include; Coping with Life Transitions, Parenting Teens and Eating for Immune Health. Please let us know if there’s a health related topic that you’d like to learn more about so we can put a class together to meet your needs!

At Kairos, we are blessed to not only be colleagues but to also share life together. On this personal note we are excited to announce an addition to our Kairos family! Lacy and her husband Christian welcomed their first child, Sage Kennedy into the world on November 27th. Aside from some standard sleep deprivation, Lacy is doing well and plans to resume seeing clients in 2016.

In this Christmas season we are grateful for the reminder of the hope and healing that is found in Immanuel, God with us. We are honored to partner in this healing work and look forward to continuing to serve and support you in the upcoming year. May you be blessed with deep peace and joy this season!
