Ariana is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who loves working with teens and adults of all ages. She especially loves working with trauma, depression, anxiety and panic disorders, codependency, grief and loss, life transitions and spiritual issues. Ariana received her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Western Seminary, San Jose in 2015 and has been practicing as a therapist since 2014 in private practice and with foster youth in residential treatment. She is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.

Ariana was trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) by the Sonoma Psychotherapy Institute and uses EMDR along with a wide array of other techniques and models. She seeks to find a form of treatment that works best for each client as an individual and empowers her clients to be an active participant in their healing and transformation. Ariana meets her clients with compassion and works in collaboration with them to help lessen the emotional and relational issues that keep them from being their most authentic selves and living their lives to the full.
